Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on improvement of the body and mind through developing a balance of; strength and stability, alignment, mobility, relaxation and personal physical awareness. Sessions include classical and flowing Pilates exercises for all levels of ability and class numbers are kept small for individual attention. Private sessions are also available in the comfort of your own home.
In-person classes are limited to 5-7 people depending on the venue. After your request has been placed you will be contacted via email to confirm your booking. If we do not have a current email address for you, please update this with us.
Online classes are run via Zoom - sign-up to Zoom for free.
Classes run all year, with the exceptions of; one week at Easter, one week during August and one week over Christmas.

*Passes are non-transferable. Prices on this page refer to Pilates classes only. Payment must be made in full, in advance, before you can attend any classes, workshops, or sessions. If you miss a class, it cannot be refunded; but you may take another class at any other time, within the year.
