Yamuna® Body Rolling
Relieve your body of restriction, pain and stress, and find an amazing sense of space, grounding and freedom.
This incredible technique uses specifically designed balls of various sizes to; stimulate the bodies bones, muscles, nerves and circulatory system. By moving the balls around the body and through various exercises you can have a positive effect on physical pain, medical issues and mental wellbeing. Sessions are available to anyone of any age and ability and can be taken either privately in the comfort of your own home, or as part of the monthly Roll & Relax Workshops.
