Yamuna® Body Rolling
Relieve your body of restriction, pain and stress, and find an amazing sense of space, grounding and freedom.
This incredible technique uses specifically designed balls of various sizes to; stimulate the bodies bones, muscles, nerves and circulatory system. By moving the balls around the body and through various exercises you can have a positive effect on physical pain, medical issues and mental wellbeing. Sessions are available to anyone of any age and ability and can be taken in a weekly class, privately, or as part of a group workshop.
These workshop style sessions are designed to work closely with the technique as well as your individual needs. Numbers are therefore limited to 4 per session. Classes are 1 hour 10 minutes in length. Please book in advance.

*Passes are non-transferable. Payment must be made in full, in advance, before you can attend any classes, workshops, or sessions. If you miss a class, it cannot be refunded; but you may take another class at any other time, within the year.
