Roll & Relax Workshops
At the moment, due to the restrictions caused by Coronavirus, will not be running Roll & Relax Workshops until June at the earliest. In the meantime, please feel free to make use of the free 15 minute meditations on offer or join one of the online Pilates classes.

These workshops are designed to help you to connect more fully to your physical body and your personal essence - the things that make you, you. Learn how everything is connected; mind, body and spirit. Discover how physical pain and imbalances are often the cause of stress, anxiety or unhappiness and vice versa. Use the tools of movement, Yamuna Body Rolling and meditation to help you in your discovery.
You will relax, release and focus, and start to change the things that no longer serve you.
During this 3 hour workshop you will:
- Take time for mindful meditation and breathing
- Practice ‘Yamuna Body Rolling'
This incredible new technique uses balls of varying sizes and firmness to stimulate and “roll” the bones, tendons, muscles and energy spots within the body. It releases physical, emotional and mental tension; relieves pain, improves health and helps you reconnect with your body.
- Use movement for mind-body connection and relaxation
- Learn techniques that you can use at home to help keep you balanced, calm and happy
- Focus on various aspects of life that maybe causing restriction or stress
- Enjoy a refreshing tea and low key chat with others in the group
